Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us — Bartwerk Barbershops GmbH, Frankfurter Straße 128, 51147 Köln-Wahn, Germany, telephone +49 2203 918440, email hallo@bartwerk.de — by a clear statement (for example a letter or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for services, the right of withdrawal expires where we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed that you were aware you would lose your right of withdrawal once we had fully performed the contract.

A gift card or cut card that has already been redeemed in whole or in part can therefore no longer be withdrawn from to that extent.

No right of withdrawal for appointments

There is no right of withdrawal for booking an appointment at a specific time, under § 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (services connected with leisure activities provided for a specific date). The cancellation rules in § 4 of our terms and conditions apply instead: cancellation is free of charge up to 4 hours before the appointment.
